RETURNS:
We encourage buyers to review listings before making their purchasing decisions. In case a buyer orders a wrong Mobile Phones, the buyer will not be entitled to any return/refund. More details are provided in the “Return Policy” in the Terms of Use.
Replacement is the action or process of substituting something in place of something else. A buyer can request for replacement whenever he/she is not satisfied with a Mobile Phones, the reasons for which may be damaged shipment, defective Mobile Phones, missing Mobile Phones, wrong Mobile Phones shipped and the like. The return request must be made by the buyer for this.
In case a seller fails to close the return and/or refund request within 7 working days from the date of receipt of intimation regarding the request, the return request will be settled in favor of the buyer; subject to the condition that the seller receives back from the buyer the original unused Mobile Phones that were shipped in full. Further, for a return to be made by the buyer to the seller, it can only be initiated for the following reasons by the buyer:
a. Mobile Phones damaged during shipping
b. Defective Mobile Phones
c. Mobile Phones broken upon arrival
d. Missing Mobile Phones
e. Wrong Mobile Phones shipped
f. Used Mobile Phones shipped
g. Counterfeit Mobile Phones
h. Partially shipped Mobile Phones
i. Replacement: wrong size than the ordered size of Mobile Phones
The brand policy applies to specific brand Mobile Phones. For sellers selling branded Mobile Phones, which are bound by the brand’s repair, exchange, refund and cancellation policies, thereby binding the customer to the same.
Refund/exchange/replacement is not allowed for underwear and personal hygiene Mobile Phones due to health reasons. IF the size ordered is the size shipped, and if the size chart uploaded by the seller on the website is correct in terms of measurement, then the Mobile Phones ordered by the buyer are not eligible for exchange/replacement.
Refunds:
Refunds are granted for all orders that are successfully cancelled by the buyer, seller and shop4deal.shop.
Refunds will be granted to the buyer in case of:
a. An order cancelled by the buyer before the order has been processed by shop4deal.shop and/or the seller
b. An order has been cancelled by the seller if the Mobile Phones ordered are out of stock
c. An order may be cancelled by shop4deal.shop if it is discovered that the mode of payment used was from a dubious source
d. In orders that have been successfully returned to the seller and the seller has advised the buyer to refund
e. An order that has been lost in transit during shipping; where the shipping partner is unable to locate the shipped Mobile Phones for any reason
f. An order that has been cancelled by the admin because the buyer refused to accept it due to the package being opened at the time of delivery
g. A disputed order where the dispute has been resolved in favour of the buyer
h. An order where the buyer has raised a claim for refund under shop4deal.shop 100% buyer protection cover and it has been resolved in favour of the buyer by shop4deal.shop or any legal body
i. An order cancelled due to the seller’s failure to ship the ordered Mobile Phones within the stipulated timeframe
j. An order cancelled by shop4deal.shop for reasons like system security breach or any technical glitches
k. An ordered Mobile Phones that has been returned to the seller as the seller is unable to provide exchange or replacement for the Mobile Phones & Smartphones
l. An order that has been cancelled by the payment gateway and disputed through chargeback. (details provided below)
A Chargeback (CB) may be issued by the PG/Bank in the following situations:
Mobile Phones Not Received CB — means that the buyer did not receive the Mobile Phones. A refund will be created as per the dispute policies;
Unauthorized CB — means that the buyer did not make this particular transaction. The refund will be created as per the dispute policies. Sellers expressly agree that issuing correct and complete invoices is the sole and primary responsibility of the sellers. Further, sellers must ensure that the invoices indicate “Powered by shop4deal.shop” and otherwise, sellers will be liable for chargebacks (as applicable); and
Mobile Phones Not as Described — means that the Mobile Phones received are not what the buyer expected. A dispute will be decided as per the dispute policies.
