Cancelling an Order
You can cancel an order up to 24 hours from the time the order was placed to cancel the order. Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment method used for payment. Within 2 days of a request to cancel your order, please send an email to team@shop4deal.shop
Parcel Lost in Transit
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait 10 days and then reprocess the same order. In the event that a replacement is not available in the same design, we may ask you to accept a refund or select an alternative product.
Refund Process
Refund will be initiated when we receive your product at our warehouse and after inspection of the product, we will notify you when the product has been received at our warehouse
For prepaid orders, refund will be initiated to the same payment account
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer NEFT within 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. You need to share your account details at team@shop4deal.shop with your order number.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-4 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well
